It is great to be in an international community because we celebrate all the holidays! In Poland, today was Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday). Sylwia made pączki -- Polish donuts with jam inside. It is a Polish tradition on Tłusty Czwartek to eat a lot of pączków. They were delicious! And Emily learned how to make another Polish food. Everyone in our community, our employees, and Sylwia's teacher and classmates enjoyed Polish donuts.
P.S. Next we will celebrate Fat Tuesday!
