Thursday,
December 31:
On the last day of 2009, we were filled with much joy and thanksgiving! After our evening prayer together, we jumped right into dinner and dancing. Our refectory was filled with much laughter and fun: we put on some Mardi Gras beads, did the electric slide, danced to some Kenyan beats, and even learned how to do the "Cotton Eye Joe" (at least the simplest version!). Basically, we moved every joint we could :-) God has been good to us this year and we were happy to share in His Love for us together.
P.S. How did you celebrate your last day of 2009?
